Mark Richards and Amanda Lasher were the winners of the Reporter-Herald essay contest telling why they should win a weding in a balloon during the 2008 Sweetheart Balloon Rally.
Mark and Amanda were to ride in the "Flights of Fancy" piloted by Pamela Fancy and married by Pastor Manon Weber.
Due to inclement weather the balloon was grounded, but that didn't stop the balloon wedding!
